Battery Life Test: Health Pro ("The App") is developed by Leo Perez Ortiz. By downloading, accessing, or using the mobile application, website, or other products or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Registration and Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information if you register for an account.

2. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information about you. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3. Pro Subscriptions

Subscription Terms

  • Length of Subscription: Monthly or Yearly (as selected in the app)
  • Price: Prices are displayed in the app and vary by region (e.g., $4.99/month, $29.99/year).

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Leo Perez Ortiz and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. User Content

If you post or submit content (e.g. feedback, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing and marketing the Services.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. The battery health diagnostics are estimates and should not be considered as official hardware manufacturer diagnostics.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
